Children have an imagination as wide as the universe. As educators and parents, we have often seen them doodling behind their notebooks, answer sheets and even on walls. For children, a tree can be orange and the sky can be pink. It is art that expresses their creativity, emotions, and worldview.

Each piece of art is a manifesto of inspiration; to celebrate and recognise the budding artists and their inspiration. Now Doodle 4 Google is inviting students from classes 1-10 to share their doodles on the theme ‘What Inspires Me?’

On each occasion, the colourful homepage of Google greets us with vibrant doodles. Similarly, the young artists need to incorporate the letters G-o-o-g-l-e in their doodles. The winning doodle will be showcased on www.google.co.in on November 14, 2018, and one national winner will receive Rs.500,000 college scholarship and Rs.200,000 technology package for their school.

Students can utilise any material(s) from crayons to clay and sketch pens to graphic design to give life to their art.
