The cold winter wind whipping through the Xavier's school ground made the assembled students wrap their blazers more securely around themselves, but it did nothing to demise the fire of patriotism blazing in their hearts. It was 26 Jan'16, our 67th Republic Day.

The day commenced with the school choir enrapturing the crowd with a sweet serenade, followed by a dance performance, full of panache and elegance.
The eloquent orators reminded us of the achievements of our beloved nation, filling us wih a sense of belonging and pride.

The honored chief guest, Mr. Yogesh Bhatnagar, hoisted our national flag, amidst the efficaciously minstrelled national anthem, which made everyone's hair stand on end with elation and enthralldom. It was called a day after an enlightening message from the chief guest and Father Principal and a concluding song from the choir.
