Assam Rifles Gifts Computer Sets to Saching Students
In its efforts to contribute towards social betterment, 14 Assam Rifles has recently gifted computer sets and printers-cum-scanners to a small local school.
A sleepy village of Arunachal Pradesh, Saching, where is located a small school, Junior High School … The school is today feeling thankful to the Assam Rifles. Under DGAR MCA Project, 14 Assam Rifles has donated two computer sets along with printers and scanners to the school for the students to use.
DGAR MCA as its contribution towards the betterment and welfare of the society through Military Civic Action programme had donated computer sets in a function held in the Saching on 28 December 2015. Top authorities of the village and school were present at the event along with Assam Rifles at school where the event was held. The efforts of 14 Assam Rifles were much appreciated by the village and school authorities and teachers.
14 Assam Rifles had also organized a Christmas celebration on 25 December 2015 where the local youth society was also invited as an eminent part, where the students had performed beautifully. The Commandant gifted various things to the students on the occasion, appreciating the efforts of the students.
