Bark! Chirp! Meow! At Global Public School

The entire school turned into a mini zoo with sounds of barking, chirping, meowing as the young ones brought different breeds of dogs, cats, parrots, parakeets, birds, fish, etc, to the campus.

Having a pet changes you in a million ways, people who have pets have best friends for lifetime, they are like surrogate children for their owners… stress busters for many, for others pets are unending source of cuddles, kisses, claws and laughs.

 

Celebrating the joy of pets, Global Public School conducted Pets Day on 29 February. The entire school turned into a mini zoo with sounds of barking, chirping, meowing as the young ones brought different breeds of dogs, cats, parrots, parakeets, birds, fish, etc, to the campus.

The event was graced by the presence of chief guest Sally Kannan, honorary animal welfare officer (Govt of India) and one among the 100 women achievers of India 2015. Visiting parents were also part of the event that bursted with great energy and enthusiasm.
