Artist Deepa Kiran performed the Ramayana through musical storytelling with a twist while children thoroughly enjoyed the musical narration. The artists used both verbal as well as Indian sign language for storytelling.

"The idea was to create a special performance for the deaf and also to sensitise the hearing people to change their perception of the deafness as a disability and understand their capability;' said Deepa Kiran.

Manganiars, a group of musicians from Rajasthan narrated stories, with their musical performance, about kings and culture using instruments like Kartal, Kamaicha and Morchan.
