British Council’s ‘Study UK Exhibition’ From November 24
British Council’s Study UK Exhibition will be organised from November 24 in major cities like New Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore.
The British Council is all set to host a 'Study UK Exhibition' across India. Avenues and information regarding scholarship options will be available for students. It also includes the recently announced 70 year scholarship for women in STEM or Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fields. It’ll be organized in major cities like New Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore.
"Alongside the event, there will be informative seminars by UK academics on IELTS, study opportunities in the UK, scholarships and special visa sessions by UK visa and immigration officers," a statement by British Council said.
Further, the statement added "The exhibition calls out to the interested students as well as their parents, giving them a platform to interact with the delegates from over 40 UK institutions in India in order to answer all their questions regarding course choices, visas, applications, scholarships and more”.
Held on November 24, 2018, the exhibition in Delhi will be held at British Council, Delhi from 1 – 6 pm.
There will be informative seminars on topics such as 'A Career in the Creative Economies (Art and Design)', 'Student visas', 'Alumni/parent sharing their experiences in an open forum', 'Writing a statement of purpose', and 'Writing a statement of purpose'.
Exhibition Schedule: After Delhi, the exhibition is scheduled on November 25 in Chandigarh, November 26 in Mumbai, November 27 in Kolkata, November 29 in Ahmedabad and on November 30 in Coimbatore.
