We know how different going back to the classroom will look like once the schools reopen. But, amidst the pandemic, the bigger question is what it is like for our educators to live through the times when they are not paid their salaries for months now. Basically, it's more about the present than their future.

Talking specifically about the pre-primary and primary schools, which have long stayed side-lined by the policy-makers as well as the parents who have refused to pay any fee during the COVID-outbreak, we can see how their appeals have been overlooked so far, making their future appear more critical than ever.

To make these discouraging times a little better, Early Childhood Association, India, is reaching out to kindergartens, preschools and day-cares that are on the verge of closing down.

To help them stay financially-stable after the heart-breaking decision, ECAs wants to assist them to sell their toys, furniture and other learning equipment. In fact, the association will also support them in finding placement for their teachers. However, if you intend to sustain the brand and continue working in the field of education and are looking for an investor or a partner, you can still reach out to them.

Read below what they’ve to say:

Dear friends,

These are tough times for all of us but especially so for early childhood centre owners. Unrelenting rent and the lack of fees have rendered many preschools and day-cares without any funds to continue. Sadly, hard work and perseverance of many ‘Edupreneurs’ have gone to nought.

Early Childhood Association is gathering a data of preschools and day-cares that had to close down due to the pandemic or are thinking of closing down. This data will help us reach out to those who want to sell their toys and equipment or find placement for their teachers, etc.

Please reach out to us on ecaprojects1@gmail.com and send the following details at the earliest:
