EduExcellence – IIT-Delhi organized its 1st Annual conference for pre-school leaders, at Gurukul The School- a leading premier school of Ghaziabad.
The school campus was abuzz with pioneering ideas and views when more than 100 Pre- School Principals, HODs and HOs, came to pool in their thoughts on Early Childhood Care – a catalyst in children’s making. Led by cutting-edge educationists, Dr. Harish Chaudhry (IIT Delhi Faculty) and Ms. Pooja Goyal (Associate, John Hopkins University), the conference spiraled around a multi-layered understanding of running pre-schools, empowering teachers through mentoring and coaching, connecting teaching faculty worldwide and setting up a Quality Pre-school.
Being the epicenter of this thought- broadcasting, Team Gurukul got soaring appreciation for their warmth and hospitality apart from the seamless execution of the half- day conference. School Principal Mr. Gaurav Bedi, congratulated the conglomeration for coming together for such a pioneering initiative and said that it would play a pivotal role in empowering the Pre-school leaders by bringing their strengths, challenges, and ideas on a shared platform.
