Pink City, the city of rich and glorious history, has suddenly come to life buzzing with TECHNORAZZ at Jaipur National University, thanks to Seedling Group of Institutions. A universe of competitions, yet a promotional channel for communal living, TECHNORAZZ invites participants and audience from all over North India. However, yesterday, that is the day 1 at JNU was dedicated to JNU students only.
The day started deliciously with Master Chef Competition with the theme-based on ‘Surprise Basket’ to recognize the ‘Food Guru.’ More than being a competition, this was tingling of taste buds. To further tempt the audience was organized Mocktail Madness, where the theme was ‘Juicy Showdown.’ The idea behind this was to inspire non-alcoholic partying among the youth today. Quite a similar event was a part of TECHNORAZZ last year too, though both participants and audience seemed a lot more enthusiastically involved this year.
There was a lot happening to tickle the brain cells too. To start with, among the offline competitions was Poster Presentation that drew the most number of footfalls as it called for a lot of creative minds getting down on their knees and hands to paint, sketch, draw, paste and what not! Popsicle Stick Bridge Competition was meant for Civil branch students, wherein the participants seemed all to engrossed in their state-of-art new-age bridge building. Yet a many more students were seen scratching their heads off at Computer-Aided Design Application Designing skills tester.
After brain-amusing activities throughout the day, organizers gave the visitors some reasons to be energized yet again. Solo Singing Competition saw many budding music maestros, where while the participants showed-off their talents, the audience grooved away to different genres of music. The stage was then put on fire … quite literally … with Group Dance Competition, which was followed by an enraging Fashion Show. The evening definitely see some tough competition, must say!
