Bringing laurels to the school, inflating the pride of their parents, being the inspiration for many and envy for some are the two students, Pawan Chitta and Guru Sarjith Senthil from Greenwood High International School, Bangalore. Both the students topped the Cambridge International Examinations IGCSE (equivalent to Class X) and were awarded the learner’s certificates for the same.

Guru has topped in among all computer science students participating in IGCSE. Pawan succeeded in securing first place among all the students who had opted for a complete of 8 IGCSE subjects.

An extremely elated Pawan said, “I am very happy with the results and now hope to pursue a bachelors in engineering from US. I am inspired by the likes of Elon Musk from Tesla who combine engineering with entrepreneurship.”

Aloysius D’Mello, the principal of Greenwood High International School, feeling proud for the achievements of his students, congratulated both the students and their teachers and parents as well saying that it was surely a proud moment for the entire school for having reached heights as such a small time-span. He also said it was a result of sheer hardwork by the teachers and students.
