Here are the eligibility details & process of applying for CBSE scholarship for single girl child

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is inviting applications for Merit Scholarship applicable to girl students who are the only child of their parents and wish to continue their higher education post Class 10.

Any single girl child who has scored a minimum of 60% marks in Class 10 Board Exams is eligible to apply for the CBSE Merit Scholarship. Only students who wish to continue their studies in the Central Board of Secondary Education affiliated schools can apply for the scholarships. NRIs can also eligible for the scholarship. The tuition fees of the students should not be more than Rs. 1,500 per month and the same for NRIs cannot be more than Rs. 6,000 per month.

The last date to apply for the CBSE Merit Scholarship is October 5, 2018.
