ICFAI Business School (IBS) -Mumbai conducts 6th annual Convocation ceremony
640 students of the Class 2018 have received their PGPM Certificates
ICFAI Business School (IBS), Mumbai organized its 6th Convocation ceremony on 23rd June 2018 at its campus located at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. Mr. Sabyasachi Rath, CEO and Executive Director at Essel Finance Ltd and Mr. Manish Sinha, Managing Director, Dun & Bradstreet were the Chief Guests for the convocation.
The convocation was organized over two ceremonies to facilitate all parents all the management graduates could witness their wards receive the certificates of their two-year Postgraduate Program in Management. 640 students of the Class 2018 have received their PGPM certificates.

In his welcome address Prof. Y.K.Bhushan, Senior Advisor and Campus Head IBS, Mumbai encouraged management graduates to “feel proud of their Alma matter, remember their teachers for making them corporate denizens and take their institute to greater heights through the IBS Alumni Federation.”
In his address, Mr. Sabyasachi Rath advised the students “Don’t be afraid of what life sends your way. Dream and let your curiosity kindle new ambitions.”
Mr. Manish Sinha in his address said that “Focus on the trajectory and not on velocity if you wish to reach the top of your career”
The grand Convocation procession led by Prof. Y. K. Bhushan, Senior Advisor, and Campus Head, Chief Guests, Deans and Faculty of ICFA Business School (IBS), Mumbai enthralled the audience twice over in N.J. Yasaswy Memorial Auditorium.
The Chief Guests administered the graduates’ oath after which the certificates were distributed by the Chief Guests, Senior Advisor and Campus Head and the Deans of IBS Mumbai.
Medal Winners:
Ms. Antima Goyal was awarded the coveted Gold Medal for topping the Batch of 2018 and Mr. Siddhant Jain, the silver medal.
