Jaipur Sahodaya and JPHS conduct a two day faculty development programme for chemistry teachers

Under the aegis of Jaipur Sahodaya, Jayshree Periwal High School conducted a two day faculty development programme on 21st and 22nd September’ 16. The objective of the workshop was to empower the chemistry teachers to create a question bank as per the template and typology prescribed by the CBSE for the benefit of both, students and teachers.
The resource persons Ms. Poonam Mendiratta and Mr. Arindam Goswami briefed the teachers about the latest blue print of the board question paper and that the paper should be made to cater to students of different aptitude levels. Apart from this there was stress laid on the fact that being empathetic towards students is the foremost duty and requisite of a good teacher. The educators were given an insight into the various parameters involved in the designing of question paper.
The educators shared that workshops of this kind are immensely helpful and empower the teachers to a great deal.
