Science Centre, Delhi
Class 8 students of Khaitan Public School, Sahibabad, experienced the perfect amalgamation of fun and education recently when they were taken for a workshop at the National Science Centre, Delhi. Aptly called ‘Going Beyond’, the workshop took the students beyond books and was more than just education.
It included a talk by NASA scientist Heather Paul. Renowned science educationist Sam Gibbs enthralled the students by his lecture demonstration photons, transistors, light, etc. This was followed by a treasure hunt, which took the students around the museum and surely ignited their imagination and curiosity.
