Mahaveer Public School, Jaipur welcomes delegation from USA.
A 30 member delegation from the USA had a royal welcome at the Mahaveer Public School, Jaipur. After a traditional welcome, they were shown yoga skills and given a taste of Rajasthani culture through presentations and audio-visuals.
A foreign delegation of around 30 people from the United States of America visited Mahaveer public school last week. They were given a ceremonial welcome by the school management. The delegation had a healthy interactive session with the students and teachers and they were appreciative of the latest technologies through which the students are being taught in school.
The students made a presentation of yoga Skills which was followed by a cultural presentation. The school president, Mr. Rajendra kumar Godha briefed them about Jain Philosophy and the local culture of Rajasthan through audio visual means. Later the floor was thrown open for an interactive session with the school management, teachers and students.
Principal Ms Rashmi Talwar apprised them about school philosophy which aims at Ahimsa (non-violence) peace, benefits of being vegetarian etc. In the end Mr. Umrao Mal Sanghi, the school secretary extended vote of thanks to the guests.
