Mahaveer Public School visits leprosy houses

Education is incomplete without the basic values of compassion, benevolence and thoughtfulness. Mahaveer Public School believes in making good human beings out of its students, hence they keep organsing philanthropic activities for them.

As a part of one such activity, the students of the school visited three leprosy houses, Navjeevan Leprosy House, Garib Das Leprosy House and Mahatma Gandhi Leprosy House.

The compassionate students collected essentials ranging from flour, soaps, pulses, oils, etc., for the leprosy centres. The distribution was formally started by the gracious hands of Rotarian Sudheer Gupta, the chairman Rotary Club, Jaipur Distt. and Rotarian R.C. Sen, IRS, Secretary, Youth organsiation Rotary Club, Jaipur Distt.

The patients at leprosy centre were happy to see the caring gesture by the students and so were seen giving blessings to the students.

Principal Rashmi Talwar appreciated students for their efforts and encouraged them for more such initiatives in the future.
