Mom Asks Teenager to Pay the Price of Everything – Quite Literally

Mothers are the best people to happen to kids … for various reasons … which includes teaching lessons too!

Everything comes at the expense of the other and what this mother did to her son is perfect example of it. Estella Havisham, tired of her 13-year-old son Aaron’s audacious attitude asked him to pay the price of everything, literally everything. A constant at youtube, Aaron received a fitting reply from his mother right at his favorite place …social media king Facebook.

Aaron lied to his mom about doing his homework and his mother caught his act. What he received in response to his lies surprised him and will surprise everyone for sure. Momma Havisham captioned the photo that she put on her Facebook, saying, “The child [Aaron] is going to have a rude awakening today after the words he exchanged with me last night.”

“Not only will [h]e find this on the door, but his mattress stripped, and the toys and clothes that I bought confiscated.”

Sharp-minded momma knows how exactly to handle her impudent naughty teenager who will hardly be able to pay back for his day-to-day expenses from the lil’ money he earns from his YouTube vids.

In one of her follow-up Facebook post, she said, “I made the point to show what life would look like if I was not his ‘parent,’ but rather a ‘roommate.’ 

“It was a lesson about gratitude and respect from the very beginning. Sometimes, you have to lose it all to realize how well you really had it.”
Seems like momma’s tricks worked, as Aaron left the house in anger only to return back with a sorry and smile.

“He apologized, and asked what could he do to make things better and start earning items back,” his proud mom wrote. “He earned his comforter and some clothes right back. I did leave him some clothes to begin with, just not the ones he would want to wear every day.”
