President and PM of India pay tributes to Former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has saluted the teaching community, on Teachers' Day. Prime Minister has also paid tributes to Former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, on his birth anniversary.
