President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee inaugurates a new school of Satya Bharti Foundation at Kanidighi in Murshidabad

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated a new school of Satya Bharti Foundation at Kanidighi in Murshidabad district of West Bengal on July 14, 2017. 

Speaking on the occasion, the President said that Satya Bharti schools are providing quality education to students with main focus on girls belonging to weaker sections of society. He appreciated the Satya Bharti Foundation for establishing schools in rural areas to cater to educational needs of local children. He stated that children eagerly want to get admission in these schools to receive quality education. He expressed hope that in addition to local students, this school would also cater to students from the neighbouring Satya Bharti Schools. 

On the occasion, the President also launched a special compendium capturing the dreams and aspirations of an ideal schooling experience as expressed by the students under various education programs being run by the Bharti Foundation across the country. 

Shri Abhijit Mukherjee, MP (Lok Sabha), Shri Subrata Saha, MLA, Sagardighi, Shri Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Co-Chairman, Bharti Foundation and Shri Vijay Chadda, CEO, Bharti Foundation were also present on the occasion.
