At Sanskar School Jaipur, the aim is not just to teach students about the rich heritage and culture of India but also to impart them education about cultures of various other countries. The school had recently organized an exhibition for the Class 3rd students where they demonstrated their learning about the theme “How We Express Ourselves.”

The program gave an insight into the Egyptian, Chinese and Indian customs and traditions, presenting kids in dresses of the Chinese dragon dance, Egyptian dresses that were ornamented with beads much like the original ones, dresses with Chinese fans.

Spreading the message of prosperity, good fortune and happiness, these lil’ bundles of joy looked adorable in their glittering attires and what added to their charm was their performance in yoga, martial arts, songs and dramatization of the Egyptian folk tale and not to forget … the DANCE.

The entire event was not only enjoyable, but also inspirational both for the parents as well as the team of ScooTalks, which enjoyed the program to the fullest.

Students of the schools were also at their creative best. They displayed their budding aesthetic senses in the form of  the handmade lanterns, jewelries, pen-stands, charts, rangoli. As much as they talked of it, the art that the kids had put on display was a lot more than that. Visiting parents could not help themselves from appreciating the efforts made by these tiny tots. Also, the teachers who had in a way helped the students perform and display their talents were quite amazed at the outcome!

Applauds for not just the students performing, but also the efforts behind them that come from parents, teachers and the school!

All in all, this event was ‘hatke’ with a educational and inspirational touch to it.
