State Education Boards declare exam results, Girls lead the way

In this article, we analysed the trends from the recent exam results across 5 state education boards. It is refreshing to see that Girls lead the way in almost all streams and boards.

We analysed the trends from the recent exam results across 5 state education boards, and were pleased to see that Girls lead the way in almost all streams and boards.

Amidst all class 10 and class 12 boards’ results declared, the following are the trends and highlights:

1. Mahima Nagpal, daughter of a scrap dealer in Ludhiana tops the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) Class 12 exams with 448 marks (99.65 percent).

2. Sakshi Verma, daughter of a government school teacher,topped the UP Board class 12th result with an aggregate of 98.2%.

3. In BSER (Rajasthan Board), the girls pass percentage is 91% and Boys is 85% in Science stream, the girls pass percentage is 91% and Boys: 82.33% in commerce subject and the girls pass percentage is 87.35% and Boys is 81.60% in Arts stream.

4. Girls have bagged the top three slots at the Himachal Board class 10 exams with Akshima Thakur at the top position scoring 98.57 per cent. The second position is jointly shared by LakitaKhidtta and Ira Sharma (98.29 per cent).

5. Divya Yadav, Tanya Convent School, Patan, Jabalpur – 589/ 600 marks stood joint 1st in the MP Board Class 10 result.

6. More than 7 positions in the top 10 from class 12 board toppers in MPBSE result have been secured by girls.
