Students make the most of Day 1 at Vibrant Xavier.

Day 1 of Vibrant Xavier, a career guidance initiative celebrated by St. Xavier’s School was truly an energy packed day. Around a 1,000 passing out students from different city schools enthusiastically participated in the event. 3 highly informative sessions were held for the benefit of the students:

The first session as held by Mr. Amit Asawa- Cricketer & Under- 19  Rajasthan Ranji  Team Coach. He highlighted the career opportunities available for a sports person. Further, he emphasised on the importance of sports in our lives. The students had an hour long interaction with him and posed queries to him.

This was followed by a session by Mr. Sachin Sharma on Ethical Hacking. He shared that Ethical Hacking is a very non-conventional and trendy career option these days. It offers lucrative incentives, fast growth in the fields of Cyber Crime Control and Ethical Hacking. A lot of government and non government agencies including CBI and Police hire the services of these hackers.

The final session for the day was held by Capt. Rajesh Arora – Retd. from Merchant Navy – He apprised the students with the various possibilities associated in this field.
