If it was for any other school, it would have been hard for us to believe. But when it comes to Xavier’s … we know they love organizing different events for students every now and then. A school that truly understands the importance of sports …

St. Xavier’s Alumni Association organized Wall Beater Squash championship 2015 at Father Batson Sports Complex. The 3-day championship attracted audiences from various age groups; from children to elders, every visitor enjoyed participating in the tournament!

It was divided into two categories; one according to age group of children, the other was group of alumni. However, we anyhow found students a lot more vigorous about the sport. These students were so enthusiastic and energetic that there aura spread across the court quickly, in a moment we could hear a lot of cheers and whistles.

Talking about alumni championship, the former students completely took over the show. Every eyeball remained glued to the pitch as the champions were giving their best, striving to win. They were the real heroes of the championship.

The winners of alumni category was Mr. Gaurav Jain from 2007 batch and the runner up was Mr. Ashutosh Swami from 1989 batch.

Team ScooTalks has its special contribution not only by attending the event but also in the organizing of the event.

We have been there… in every single moment of this championship and we have seen these determined little kids ruthlessly practicing. For us all of them are champions.
Wishing every participant and organizer congratulations.
