Every child is born with its development being nurtured in the mother’s womb. It’s not only scientifically defined learning disability as malfunctioning of the brain but being a human, it’s all about how the child’s environment makes its impact on its development right from the first day as a mother conceives a baby in her womb.
As there are various fragrant flowers in a garden, in the same way, children with different physical and mental abilities gather in school and have different learning needs. Alike flowers, students also require individual attention, care, and nurture. Inside a classroom, there will be a mixed cluster of learners which depends upon their level of intelligence and potentiality. Students who are below average are not able to understand the day-to-day teachings along with other normal children. They feel difficulty keeping pace with the other students in the classroom.
Learning disability affects reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in general. Instead, to focus on why a child is facing problems in learning, it would rather a teacher or an educator should focus his or her attention on how to enhance the learning capability of a child.
Every child learns in their own way. Some might learn easily but some children take time to grasp the knowledge imparted in school or class. Such children be involved in group tasks, experiential learning, and motor development activities and be kept in the company of good learners.

Every Education system should focus on its curriculum development focusing on child-centric education. Basically, Creativity, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Communication should be emphasized in learning activities. Assessment tools and Teaching Methodologies in education can prove a boon to these children having learning disabilities.
A teacher has a major role to motivate these children. Constant guidance, being facilitators can help these children to learn in a practical way. Regular recapitalization can help to learn disability children to overcome their problems. Simplifying the lessons, and using proper teaching aids like charts, audio -video, and regular assessment worksheets can help the child to over the problem.
Positive Re-Enforcement plays a very important role for such children who are facing problems with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, and Dyspraxia. We should never forget the great names like Albert Einstein who could not read until he was nine years old. Walt Disney, Vice President Nelson Rockefeller of the USA and famous Bollywood actor Tom Cruise, Oscar Award Winner Whoopi Goldberg, and many others who have learning disabilities but today the world knows them as successful individuals in this competitive world of Learning.
