The Rani Hooja
Lifetime Footprint

For a Lifetime of Impact in Education

Rani Hooja

Rani Hooja
Lifetime Educator - Institution Builder - Legacy Maker

Rani Hooja

Educator

In a world that often glorifies speed, Mrs. Rani Hooja taught us the strength of slow, steady, purposeful work. With a chalk in hand and quiet confidence in her stride, she shaped generations not by changing the system overnight but by showing up, day after day, for nearly five decades.

Her journey began in 1976, not with grand designations, but as a primary school teacher, the kind who remembered names, noticed effort, and lit a spark in young minds.

From Srinagar to Indore, from Ajmer’s Sophia to Udaipur’s Maharana Mewar School, from classrooms in Delhi to corridors of Jaipur’s St. Soldier and Sanjay Public School, she carried her values across cities and syllabi.

But it was at Seedling Modern High School, Jaipur, that her legacy took deep root. As its founding principal, she nurtured a culture, one built on humility, discipline, sincerity, and service. For over 20 years, she led by example, setting standards that shaped the ethos of the school and inspired countless educators across Rajasthan.

To this day, her name surfaces in staff rooms and school gates as someone who made things better simply by being there.

The Rani Hooja Lifetime Footprint in Education Award honours this rare, resolute path. It recognises those who, like her, never sought the spotlight, but left behind a glow. Those who taught for the right reasons. Those who may not always raise their voice, but always raise the bar.

This is not an award for the newest name. It is for those whose work speaks forever, just like Mrs. Rani Hooja’s does.

Why This Award Exists
