The grand finale of the annual CBSE primary classes event at Nehru World School was nothing short of a spectacle. Titled ‘Bukasura and the Child-Book-Eating Demon,’ the play showcased the remarkable talents of students from both class four and class six, who delivered their performances with boundless enthusiasm. The event, graced by esteemed guests, had the school’s Acting Head Teacher, Suzanne Holmes, delivering a heartwarming welcome to parents and dignitaries in attendance.

In the presence of special guests Dr. Akanksha Chauhan and Dr. Vidhi Sarin, the program commenced with the youngest students presenting the school’s annual report. The students’ performances were nothing short of extraordinary, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees. Their acting and dancing artistry effectively conveyed a vital message the significance of reading in a child’s life and the pivotal role books play. Books are not merely repositories of knowledge but true friends, without which, our understanding remains incomplete.

The invited parents and distinguished guests were thoroughly delighted by the students’ compelling presentation, and they couldn’t help but shower praise on the young talents. As the function concluded, Dr. Shri Arunam Singh commended the students’ remarkable acting skills and extended gratitude to everyone in attendance.
